Booking Policy

A 25% deposit is required to secure Powder Brow appointments. This amount is credited toward your total treatment cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit remains valid for six months from the date of payment. If an appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice, the deposit will be forfeited. A valid credit card is required to reserve all other services. Cards are not charged at the time of booking. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is considered a cancellation.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) may lose access to online booking and may be required to prepay for future appointments in full.

Covering Previous Work

Brows by Larissa does not perform cosmetic tattoo procedures on eyebrows that have previously been microbladed or tattooed by another artist.

This policy applies regardless of how faded the previous work may appear.

Accepted Payment Methods

All services are subject to HST.

Brows by Larissa accepts payment by cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard.
E-transfer payments are not accepted.

Right to Refuse Service

Brows by Larissa reserves the right to refuse service if the treatment is unsafe or unlikely to produce satisfactory results. This includes hidden medical conditions, damaged skin, intoxication, or unsafe behaviour.

Privacy
