Non-Refundable Commitment Fee
A non-refundable commitment fee of $100.00 (+13% HST) is due immediately upon booking to secure all cosmetic tattoo appointments. The deposit will be credited towards your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in full at that time. The deposit can be transferred once with a minimum 48-hour notice and is valid for six months from the date it is received. All other services require a valid credit card (at no charge) to book. Cancellations will automatically forfeit your deposit. All transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued. All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
I have a minimum 48-hour notice policy for cancellations and appointment changes. This policy is strictly enforced, meaning that the existing booking fee becomes void and non-transferable if notice is given less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. A new booking fee will be required to rebook.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited, and the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the remaining service cost.
This policy applies to all cancellations and rescheduling, regardless of the reason, including illness, unforeseen circumstances, weather, and road conditions. Please note that rescheduling an appointment with short notice is considered a cancellation.
While I appreciate that unexpected situations may occur, last-minute changes make it challenging to fill the reserved time. In the event of a no-call/no-show, you will lose access to online booking and can only rebook by paying for future appointments in advance.
Covering Previous Work
Before booking, you must obtain approval if you have previously undergone Microblading or received Permanent Makeup from another artist, regardless of fading or the amount of time that has passed since the procedure. Not all existing work can be covered without first removing it.
If you book an appointment without disclosing previous tattooing, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Touch-up pricing is reserved for current clients only. Any new client approved to book will be subject to standard pricing. Corrective work requires more time and materials than a traditional Powder Brow appointment.

Complimentary Touch-Up Policy
Your initial Powder Brow or Nano Brow service includes one complimentary touch-up, scheduled 4–8 weeks after your first session. This second appointment is essential for refining colour, enhancing pigment, and adjusting the shape if needed.
The goal is to build on your initial results, not to start from scratch. It is not intended to compensate for poor aftercare or a complete redesign. If we are entirely redoing the brows, it is no longer classified as a “touch-up,” and extra fees will apply.
Clients who choose to forgo the complimentary touch-up (i.e., they don’t need it or the timing doesn’t work out) will not receive any refund. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of the complimentary session. You are entitled to one included touch-up. Any additional appointments will be considered extra maintenance and are priced at $125.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payment options include cash, debit, and credit. Debit and credit payments are accepted, but have a 3% processing fee. I do not accept e-transfers. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Right to Refuse Service
Brows by Larissa reserves the right to refuse service for reasons such as, but not limited to:
1. An undisclosed medical or skin condition (e.g., arriving with a sunburn).
2. Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
3. Any behaviour that might compromise my ability to work safely and comfortably.
Privacy Policy
At Brows by Larissa, we value your privacy. We collect information such as your name, contact details, and appointment preferences solely to manage bookings, confirmations, and inquiries. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for promotional purposes. Any data sharing is limited to essential business processes, such as appointment scheduling.
